Ethical Principles

Honesty and truthfulness in conducting scientific research is the concern of the editor and members of the editorial board of the journal, so that they strive to prevent fraud and copying of scientific articles. Accordingly, they use the Committee on Publication Ethics(COPE) instructions of dealing with scientific violations in publication of scientific contents. Some of its points are as follows:

1- The submitted article should be the work of the author / authors and any use of other people's research findings should be cited in the article with reference to the source.

2. The submitted articles must be in the specialized field of the journal and have educational aspects.

3. Avoid sending articles to other journals at the same time

4. Observing fidelity and proper referral

Note: The authors form of Ethical Commitment and the Conflict of Benefitsform should be uploaded and submitted at the same time as the article is submitted.

 

A: Ethical Principles of the Journal

1. All readers and researchers have free access to the published scientific content of this journal.

2. Ethical principles and the principle of fiduciary duty scientific fidelity must be considered among the scientific community and researchers.

3. The authors of the articles should avoid from copying and forging the information in the articles submitted to the journal.

4. The journal will act seriously against author / authors who have forged information or violate the principle of fiduciary duty in the production of the article and submitting to the journal. After the fact of clarification at each stage of the review, or even after the publication of the article, will be act against it and this issue will be announced on the website of the journal and the offenders will be on the blacklist of the journal's authors.

5. The journal will refuse to review or accept the articles of people who are in the authors black list.

6- After the publication of the article, if it is determined that the author has committed a crime (including forgery of information, non-observance of the principle of fiduciary duty, lying, etc.), that article will be removed from the article archive list. The names of the offenders will be announced on the publication's website and subsequent issues of the publication.

7- The journal will refrain to publish scientific articles that have not adhered to ethics in science.

8. In reviewing the complaint received, the journal will always maintain unbiased observance and will strive to make decisions fairly.

9. If a mistake is made in the information provided in an article, the journal will courageously accept its mistake by correcting the mistake through reprinting the correct information and announcing it in the next publications of the journal and website.

10. The journal provided the author's commitment form and attempted to respects the rights of the authors.

 

11. The journal is diligent in preserving the trustfulness principle in the content of the articles and endeavors to comply with intellectual property (IP) rights of the authors.

12. The journal provides complete clarification to its audience by providing its full and adequate explanations on its website, the ethics of the publication, the guide for authors, the scope and areas for the publication of articles.

13. The journal has believed in the principle of impartial reviewing of articles and refuses to publish the articles that have not been reviewed or have been unfairly reviewed.

14. In the acceptance of the papers, the process of reviewing must be fully completed and at least two reviewers from the first three reviewers must have a positive opinion about the received article.

15. In order to avoid any bias, the reviewing should be double-blind: that's mean

the author/ authors has no information about the names of the reviewers as well as the reviewers about the names of the authors of the article.

16- The journal tries to ensure that reviewing forms for all received articles as well as the process of reviewing for all articles are treated equally and fairly.

17. The journal tries to make the reviewing process transparently and with the utmost care.

18. The journal will carry out the necessary examinations regarding the objection of the authors to the results of the refereeing, and, if necessary, decide on the appointment of new referees and conduct re-refereeing process.

19. About the complaints received from the published articles in the journal concerning fraud, copying and ..., The issue will be initially considered in the editorial board of the journal, and they will take the necessary steps for further investigation, while observing fairness and complete neutrality in reviewing, they will inform the parties of the results of the investigation.

 

Reviewers' Ethics

20. The reviewers must be careful in reviewing process of each article and they should review the article based on the review forms of the journal and observing fairness and scientific criteria.

21. The reviewers should try to give the constructive suggestions to authors during reviewing the articles to improve the quality of the article.

22. The reviewers should observe the principle of fidelity during the review of articles.

23. The reviewers must conduct the reviewing as soon as possible and consider the reviewing schedule

24. The reviewers should inform the editor of the issue about the cases in which there is a possibility of unfair judgment about a particular article so that the reviewer can be changed.

 

Authors' Ethics

25. Authors should refrain from any copying without reference to the source, forgery in the data and ... which is somehow considered as fraud in writing an article.

26. Authors should not be allowed to simultaneously submit the article to several journals.

27. Authors should be careful about observing the schedule for editing or answering the reviewers' answers.

28. Authors should refer the research funding that led to the presentation of the article.

29. Authors should complete the article information on the website of the Journal.

30. Authors should submit the letter of commitment and attract the opinion of the accompanying authors regarding their order before submitting the article.
