fa الگوی مدیریتی در سیره حضرت نوح (ع) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <em><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">حضرت نوح (ع) اولین پیغمبر اولوالعزم است که خدای عزوجل او را با کتاب و شریعت فرستاده است، بنابراین، کتاب او اولین کتاب آسمانی است. آن جناب نه‌صد و پنجاه سال مشغول دعوت قوم خود بوده، ولی قوم او جز به استهزاء و نسبت جنون به او دادن عکس‌العملی از خود نشان ندادند تا آنکه در آخر از پروردگار خود یاری طلبید. نوح پس از امر الهی و با تائید و تسدید خداوند، مشغول ساخت کشتی شد و پس از اتمام، امر خدای تعالی مبنی بر نزول عذاب و طوفان سهمگین صادر شد و به جز افرادی که مقدر شده بود، همگی هلاک شدند. این ماجرایی که بسیار ساده به نظر می‌رسد آیات زیادی از قرآن &nbsp;را به خود اختصاص داده و ویژگی‌هایی دارد که در سرگذشت انبیاء دیگر به‌ندرت یافت می‌شود. در این پژوهش سؤال این بوده که الگوی مدیریتی حضرت نوح(ع) چه بوده است؟ این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و روش تفسیری با اجتهاد نوع دوم انجام شده و برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش داده بنیاد استفاده شده است. همچنین برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از روش‌های کتابخانه‌ای و رسانه‌ها و در نهایت، سه قضیه به عنوان الگوی متعالی مدیریتی حضرت نوح(ع) احصاء شده است.</span></span></span></em> Prophet Noah (a.s.) is the first Arch Prophet who has been given prophetic mission with a book and <em>shari&#39;ah</em> by God, so his book is the first divine book. He had been inviting his people for nine hundred and fifty years, but his people had no reaction except greeting him with derision and attributing insanity to him until he finally sought help from his Lord. Following the divine command, Noah got engaged in building a ship, and after it was completed, the divine command of punishment and horrible storm was issued and all people, except those who had been ordained, were destroyed. Many Quranic verses deal with this apparently very simple story, and it has some features that are rarely found in the life story of other prophets. The question the present study seeks to answer is: What was the management model of Prophet Noah (a.s.)? This study was conducted using the qualitative approach and the interpretive method based on the second type of <em>ijtihad</em>. For data analysis, the grounded method was utilized.
