fa حدیث «رهان طیر» در بوته نقد تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <em><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در روایات فقهی، جواز رهان (برد و باخت)، به سه مورد شتردوانی، اسب دوانی و تیراندازی منحصر شده است. وهب بن وهب ابوالبختری نیز که یکی از راویان عامی و البته معاصر امام صادق (ع) است، در همین موضوع روایتی نقل کرده که پرنده را نیز به موارد سه&shy;گانه جواز رهان الحاق می&shy;کند. این حدیث متعارض با احکام فقهی و در کتب حدیثی فریقین محکوم به جعل است، چون شخصیت راوی آن در کتب رجالی، مخدوش و متهم به وضع است. تحقیق پیش&shy;رو دو ادّعا دارد؛ نخست اینکه وهب روایت مزبور را جعل نکرده است، و دیگر اینکه آن را از امام صادق(ع) نیز شنیده است. مهم&shy;ترین قرینه در تأیید این دو ادعا، وجود روایاتی صحیح به همین مضمون از آن حضرت در مجامع روایی شیعه است. راه حل رفع تعارض این خبر با سایر روایات نیز، تقیه‌ای دانستن روایت منقول از امام صادق (ع) و موافق روایت وهب است. این مقاله با رویکردی تحلیلی ـ انتقادی می&shy;کوشد تا حدیث مذکور را در منابع روایی در سنجه نقد نهد و در تلاش است با کاوش در دیگر مصادر و یافتن بسامد و گونه&shy;های حدیثی و تاریخی، آن را تحلیل نماید.</span></span></span></em> <em>In Islamic jurisprudential narrations, winning or losing is permitted only in camel riding, horse racing and shooting. Wahab bin Wahab Abu al-Bakhtari, who is one of the general narrators and, of course, a contemporary of Imam Sadeq (a.s.), has narrated a narration according to which winning or losing with a bird is permissible, as well. This hadith is in conflict with the rules of Islamic jurisprudence, and, as stated by the Shiite and Sunni hadith books, it has been forged because the character of its narrator is distorted and he is accused of hadith fabrication. The present research has two claims: the first is that Wahab did not fabricate the afore-mentioned narration, and the second is that he heard it from Imam Sadeq (a.s.), as well. The most important evidence confirming these two claims is the existence of sound narrations from Imam Sadeq (a.s.) on the same subject in Shiite hadith collections. The solution to resolve the conflict between this narration and other narrations is to accept that the hadith narrated from Imam Sadeq (a.s.) had been stated under the condition of precautionary concealing of faith and agree with Wahab&rsquo;s narration.
