other امکان‌سنجی استخراج قاعده وِزْر از آیات قصص قرآن Feasibility of Extracting the Rule of "Wizr" from the Qur’anic Stories تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research قرآن، کلامِ خدا و کتاب آسمانیِ مسلمان‌ها، به عنوان نخستین و اَساسی‌ترین منبع احکام شرعی، پاسخگوی همه‌ی نیازهـایِ آدمی در بیشتر زمینه‌ها می‌باشد. با توجه به این که غالباً احکام فقهی این اِعجاز الهـی بـدون تفـصیل بیان شده و همواره به شِکل اَمر و نهی نیست بلکه گاهی در لابـه‌لای دانش‌های قـرآنی دیگر، مانند مباحث اخلاقی، اعتقادی و اَمثال و قِصص آن نیز قرار گرفته است. «قِصص قرآن»، یکی از مُـفادها و مدلول‌های سراسری، تکرارشَونده و تأثیرگذار قرآن کریم شُمرده شده و اَفـزون بـر آن، دربردارنده‌ی نکته‌ها و عبرت‌های بی‌شماری نیز می‌باشد؛ در بـسیاری از نمونه‌ها در نَقـل و لابه‌لای آیات قصص، احکام و قواعدی بیان شده است که می‌تواند بَستری برای استنباط و تفقّه قرار گیرند. از جمله «قاعده وِزر»، که یکی از قواعد فقهی مَنصوص است و مُتضمن مفهوم «اصل شخصی بودن» مجازات‌هاست. در برخی از قِصص انبیاء گذشته در قرآن به مسئله‌ی وزر و پیامَدهای اَعمال انسان‌ها اشاره شده است. به عنوان نمونه، داستان‌های پیامبرانی مانند حضرت نوح، حضرت موسی، و حضرت یوسفA، که هر کدام درس‌هایی درباره‌ی ایمان، صبر، و مسئولیت فردی دارند. این پژوهش سعی دارد تا با بهره بُردن از روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی داستان‌های قرآن به این مسئله پاسخ دهد که استخراج قاعده وزر، چگونه از داستان‌های قرآنی قابل استخراج است؟ بررسی‌ها حکایت از آن دارد که علاوه بر آیاتُ الاحکام، بخشِ آیات قصص قرآن نیز قابلیتِ استحصالِ احکام دینی را دارد. The Qur’an, the word of God and the holy book of Muslims, is considered the primary and most fundamental source of Shari'ah rulings, addressing all of human needs in various areas. Since most of the legal rulings in this divine miracle are not elaborated in detail and are not always presented as commands or prohibitions, they are sometimes embedded within other Qur’anic teachings, such as moral, theological discussions, parables, and stories. The "Qur’anic Stories" are among the comprehensive, repetitive, and impactful meanings and concepts found in the Qur’an. Furthermore, they contain numerous lessons and admonitions. In many instances, within the Qur’anic stories, rules and principles are presented that can serve as a foundation for legal reasoning and deduction. One such rule is "the rule of Wazar," which is a well-established legal principle, encompassing the concept of "personal responsibility" for punishments. In some of the stories of past prophets in the Qur’an, the issue of <a name="_Hlk190946309">wizr </a>and the consequences of human actions are referenced. For example, the stories of prophets like Noah, Moses, and Yūsuf, each of which offers lessons in faith, patience, and individual responsibility. This research aims to address the question of how the rule of wizr can be extracted from Qur’anic stories by utilizing a descriptive-analytical method. The findings suggest that in addition to the verses of legal rulings (Āyāt al-Aḥkām), the verses from Qur’anic stories (Qaṣaṣ Qur’ani) also possess the potential for deriving religious rulings. قرآن, فقه, قاعده فقهی, قصص قرآنی, قاعده وزر, ظرفیت فقهی, مسئولیت فردی.
