other بررسی و تحلیل رویکرد نقلی فقه الحدیثی سیّد مرتضی در الامالی An Analysis of al‑Sharif al‑Murtada’s Transmitted- Interpretive Understanding of Hadith Approach in al‑Amālī تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research ابوالقاسم علی بن الحسین موسوی، مشهور به سیّد مرتضی، از متکلمان و مفسران برجسته امامیه در قرون چهارم و پنجم هجری است. یکی از آثار ارزشمند او، کتاب «غرر الفوائد و درر القلائد» معروف به «الامالی» است که مشتمل بر هشتاد مجلس در حوزه‌های تفسیر، حدیث، ادبیات، شعر و گاه مباحث کلامی و اصولی است. این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل و بررسی رویکرد نقلی سیّد مرتضی در فقه الحدیث کتاب «الامالی» انجام شده است. اهمیت این تحقیق از آن جهت است که رویکرد نقلی سیّد مرتضی، تلفیقی از دقت لغوی، استناد قرآنی و تحلیل کلامی است و نقش محوری در ارائه فهمی صحیح و قابل اعتماد از احادیث دارد. برخی پژوهشگران، به دلیل توجه گسترده سیّد به عقل و ادبیات عرب، رویکرد او را صرفاً عقل‌گرایانه یا ادبی دانسته‌اند. با این حال، بررسی دقیق‌تر نشان می‌دهد که وی در کنار استدلال‌های عقلی، به‌طور فراگیر از آیات قرآن و روایات دیگر در تحلیل و تفسیر احادیث بهره گرفته است که این اهمیت تحقیق را دو چندان می‌کند. روش پژوهش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی- و با بررسی نمونه‌های متعدد از تأویل و تفسیر احادیث در الامالی، مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که سیّد در مواجهه با احادیث دشوار و دارای الفاظ غریب، علاوه بر استفاده از ابزار نقلی، به اصول تنزیهی و انسجام معنایی قرآن نیز توجه داشته و با ارائه چندوجهی معنایی، از برداشت‌های سطحی و تحریف احتمالی در فهم حدیث جلوگیری کرده است. این رویکرد نقلی، نه تنها به روشن‌سازی معانی دقیق احادیث کمک می‌کند، بلکه نشان‌دهنده ضرورت تلفیق عقل، نقل و بلاغت در فقه الحدیث شیعی است. Abū al‑Qāsim ʿAlī ibn al‑Ḥusayn al‑Mūsawī, known as al‑Sharif al‑Murtada, is one of the prominent Imami theologians and exegetes of the fourth and fifth centuries AH. One of his valuable works is Ghurar al‑Fawāʾid wa Durar al‑Qalāʾid, widely known as al‑Amālī, which consists of eighty sessions covering topics such as Qur’anic exegesis, hadith, literature, poetry, and occasionally theological and legal‑theoretical discussions. This study aims to analyze al‑Sharif al‑Murtada’s transmitted (naqlī) approach to fiqh al‑ḥadīth (the interpretive understanding of hadith) in al‑Amālī. The significance of this research lies in the fact that his approach represents a synthesis of linguistic precision, Qur’anic referencing, and theological analysis, playing a central role in providing a reliable and accurate understanding of hadith. Some researchers, due to al‑Murtada’s extensive engagement with rational argumentation and Arabic literary analysis, have characterized his method as purely rationalist or literary. However, closer examination shows that alongside rational reasoning, he extensively relies on Qur’anic verses and other narrations when analyzing and interpreting hadiths. The research adopts a descriptive‑analytical method and examines numerous examples of hadith interpretation and reinterpretation in al‑Amālī. The findings demonstrate that when dealing with difficult hadiths or those containing rare expressions, al‑Murtada employs transmitted sources in conjunction with principles of divine transcendence (tanzīh) and the semantic coherence of the Qur’an. By presenting multiple interpretive possibilities, he avoids superficial readings and potential distortions in the understanding of hadith.
