fa روش‌شناسی تفاسیر آیات الاحکام: مقایسه چهار اثر برجسته تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <em><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:arial;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در ایام اخیر گلچین روزگار از بوستان پر بار و برگ دانش و فضیلت گلی دیگر را چید و دوستداران علم و اندیشه را به سوگ نشاند. استاد وارسته مرحوم دکتر علیرضا فیض که علاوه بر بهره‌گیری از محضر بزرگترین استادان فقه و اصول و حکمت و ادب بیش از شش دهه از عمر خود را به تدریس و تربیت دانشجویان صرف کرده بود، در پی بیماری طولانی درگذشت. هرچند آثار ارجمند به‌جا مانده از آن دانشی مرد برای نسل‌های آینده قابل بهره‌برداری است، اما بی‌تردید جای او در میان استادان ورزیده و ارزند</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:yknazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">ۀ</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:arial;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> دانشگاه خالی است. این مقاله، در روش‌شناسی 4 تفسیر از تفاسیر آیات الاحکام یعنی: کنز العرفان، زبده لبیان، احکام القرآن جصاص و احکام القرآن ابن العربی به پاس بزرگداشت این عزیز سفرکرده نگارش شده و در یک معرفی مقایسه‌ای به مزایای و&nbsp; کاستیهای هر کدام از این تفاسیر اشاره شده است. قابل ذکر است که دانش تفسیر آیات الاحکام به عنوان یکی از دانش‌های بین رشته‌ای میان تفسیر و فقه از دیرباز مورد توجه عالمان اسلامی بوده و آثار مهمی در این زمینه نگاشته شده است.</span></span></span></em> In recent times, lovers of science and knowledge have grieved over the death of a distinguished scholar. The late Dr. Ali-Reza Feiz, a professor who had spent more than six decades teaching and training students in addition to being educated by greatest masters of Islamic jurisprudence, <em>usul al-figh</em>, theosophy and literature, died of a long illness. Although the valuable works this scholar has left behind can be utilized by future generations, he is undoubtedly missed among the highly respected and esteemed university professors. The present article, written in honor of this deceased scholar, examines the methodology of four works of interpretation from among the interpretations of <em>ayat al-ahkam</em>, namely &ldquo;Kanz al-Erfan&rdquo;, &ldquo;Zobdat al-Bayan&rdquo;, Jassas&rsquo; &ldquo;Ahkam al-Quran&rdquo; and ibn al-Arabi&#39;s &ldquo;Ahkam al-Quran&rdquo;, comparatively and introduces the advantages and disadvantages of each of these works of interpretation.
